I know your pain i get them all the time on my nose!
This recipe gets rid of them fast!:
This easy-as-you-please combination has helped me zap unexpected and annoying zits overnight. Try it!
    Ingredients:
    1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 drop tea tree essential oil
    Blending Procedure:
Saturate a cotton swap with the apple cider vinegar. Add a single drop of tea tree essential oil. Dab the cotton swab on the zit and leave overnight. Cover with a small band-aid if your pillow might rub Zit Zapper off while you sleep. When you arise, you should notice the zit has diminished
I also suggest using a spot treatment with 2.5% benzoyl peroxide like Neutrogena On-the-Spot treatment or any others.
Burt’s Bee’s Herbal Blemish stick is also great and 100% natural with tea tree oil to really fight zits!
Also Biore pore strips get rid of acne fast!
Also you can go to acne.org for reviews on many acne products and has a lot of useful information on treating acne!

Blackheads are grime that has lodged itself into your skin pores and stubbornly wants to stay there forever. First, STOP USING SOAP, OR CLEANSING CREAMS ON YOUR FACE. Not shouting at you, just emphasizing. I quit using these products 30 yrs ago and have had no blackheads since!! I use warm water and wash cloth and dry with a clean towel that I only use on my face. Bingo! Problem cured for the future. Now, as far as what to do about the old ones? Maybe a waxing, facial waxing, that’s used to remove hair would remove the grime in the pores as well? Not really sure about this part of your question.
